General terms and booking conditions
All prices are for 7 days and include taxes, electricity, heating (in winter season), linen, towels 1 parking pro appartment, internet.
Taxes: Euro 1,45.- pro person and day, children untill 14 years are gratis (included bus ticket)
Cost of final cleaning included
Arrival time: 1 and 6 pm, departure before 9 am
Bookings need to be confirmed by paying a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
No refund in case of cancellation.
We also refer to the "General Terms and Conditions"
of the accommodation facilities associated with the Tourism Offices of Val Gardena" in their respective valid version which regulate the present accommodation contract
